Rape Crisis Center Services
Compassionate Support After Sexual Violence
Experiencing sexual violence can be overwhelming and isolating. Our Rape Crisis Center provides confidential, survivor-centered services designed to support individuals in the aftermath of sexual assault, abuse, stalking, and related trauma.
You have the right to make your own decisions about medical care, reporting, and next steps. We are here to provide information, support, and advocacy—without pressure or judgment.
Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Exams
Our Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) program provides specialized medical forensic examinations performed by trained nurses who understand the unique needs of survivors. A SANE exam may:
- Address immediate medical concerns
- Assess and treat injuries
- Provide preventative medications when appropriate
- Collect forensic evidence if the survivor chooses
- Document injuries and findings
- Connect survivors to advocacy and follow-up services
Receiving a SANE exam does not require a survivor to immediately report to law enforcement. Our team can explain available options and support survivors in making informed decisions.
Available 24/7. Sexual violence does not occur on a schedule, and neither does our response.
